Lenders are always looking at the borrower in terms of ability to pay off the loan. If the borrower is going to have a much smaller loan, it's more feasible for the lender. It's less risky and a better transaction.

It is all one to me if a man comes from Sing Sing or Harvard. We hire a man, not his history.

I think we underestimated their shooting ability. They shot the ball very well in the first half and we had to turn up the pressure in the second half and get them to turn the ball over. But they are a great shooting team.
