Leg speed is one of those things your either born with or not. But endurance is something that you can work on and get better at. I try to design workouts that cover both new and experienced runners.

I think we should fare well in our league. We do run against some schools, like Norwell, that have up to 60 kids, but for the most part we match up well against most of the other teams in the league.

You can tell he's been training and working hard. He's shown a lot of improvement.

Endurance and to be able to endure is the first lesson a child should learn because it's the one they will most need to know.

I'm used to pitching a lot so as far as endurance, physically I was fine; but it definitely helps to have another pitcher to give the team you're playing a different look but I don't think it put them at a disadvantage. I felt fine but things happen that way sometimes.
