Last year was a pretty good bullpen. (Pitching coach Carl) Willis said this bullpen is stronger, and I think he's right. We proved today that we have a good bullpen.

I didn't want to throw it in the strike zone, because it was my first time throwing it [in the outing].

That's my style. I learned that from [Dodgers closer] Eric Gagne.

Gagne taught me the changeup. I did not have confidence in it. Then he said, 'Throw that changeup.' Over and over he said it. I got to like it so much I sometimes forgot I have a fastball.

I've never had that before. It's good.

Everything felt nice and loose. No pain. It's good.
