Khartoum supports the Chadian rebels, financially, politically and militarily.

We are not ready to sign till the Sudanese give concessions to our demands.

We categorically reject these declarations.

But whether we have support or not in Chad... our cause is legitimate and we will continue our struggle.

There is no question about it, the rebel offensive against Deby was engineered in Khartoum.

We need more troops with a clearer mandate to protect civilians.
