Keith worked really hard this summer. He had a good training camp. He's an explosive receiver. He's exciting to see because he's so fast. What I liked about (Saturday) night is once he caught the ball, he was going north.

It's actually looking really good. I felt I worked really hard in training camp. I like getting back in the hockey atmosphere and hanging out with the guys. It's been a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to the rest of the year.

We hit Keith on a quick screen and two of our linemen had to make some downfield blocks. Keith set them up great and not many people can catch Keith Brown in the open field.

I went to Atlanta this summer and worked out with some of my buddies who were training for the NFL Draft. It was really helpful to get to learn some things from professional players.

From that standpoint, it kind of makes for a very competitive training camp.

The drudgery of camp isn't what it used to be. We've got a great group of guys, and they've worked to prepare for the season pretty hard already. I gave Marc Bulger the day off today, and the rest of the team will get the afternoon and evening off. They deserve it.
