They listen ten times more than they speak; the only way to absorb more is to listen more. They duck the spotlight so it sparkles on others; they don’t need the validation of others, because genuine validation comes from within. Truly confident people admit their mistakes; they dine out on their screw-ups.

Never take your failure as regret. If you gave up because of failure, then you are failure.

A bit uncomfortable on a daily basis means you are aligned with your target. So be fearless at times. Have the guts to take the risk that feel right. Go where there are no promises. The road less traveled is sometimes laden with potholes, bump, and uncharted territory but it is on this highway where your strength grows and your dreams steadily reveal themselves. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.
