Just the amount of time it takes to fly to France, or to Spain, is what it would take to come down here. So it takes that sort of mind-set, that free will to come and do this.

What the families of these boys are doing is similar to sending your kid off to Europe,

What happens is that during each project people get excited about the next project, and they want to go back and do something there, ... They fall in love with a place, the people, and want to help it.

We try to make things happen the best we can,
