Just recently, within the last couple of days, (I was) advised by appointed experts that there's a mental retardation issue. And by law, we have to explore it. We have no choice.

We're looking for people who have the inclination and the time to learn about horticulture from experts, then go out into the community to seek the resources they need to teach gardening and landscaping to school kids, youth organizations, civic groups, city beautification efforts, or anybody that calls into our office wanting gardening or landscaping advice.

I've talked to experts in the field, people that are experts in design of jails, experts in construction and experts in operation of the jail and it can be cost effective downtown.

The problem with the state's case is its faulty foundation. Because it's all based on Pearl Cruz. And it's a house of cards.

Conveniently, that video is nowhere to be found.

At some point we want to challenge it again prior to its admission.
