Judge Boyle was nominated almost five years ago, and the 4th Circuit vacancy has been declared a judicial emergency. Judge Boyle has a distinguished record of judicial service and should be confirmed immediately.

We declared it an emergency, because we can't pay it back by the end of the year. So we have six months past the beginning of the year to pay it back. We'll pay it back by March, probably, but we do have until June.

The president has made it clear that he was obtaining the smallpox vaccine in his position as commander-in-chief.

We expect a hearing in early May, and we're processing all the necessary paperwork to meet that goal. We look forward to a speedy confirmation.
