Jim jumped well and will continue to improve. Jim needs no motivation. He motivates himself enough.

I'm not the type of guy that needs to be in the spotlight and sometimes I used it as motivation. Those guys are great and I'd like to do what they do. I just felt that, when I get my chance, I'd be able to do some things that they do.
