These are jobs that are born out of an empty parking lot, ... So for me, that is the most compelling reason why I pushed to get this project.

This year there's a different situation on this team. There are lots of jobs available. As a coaching staff, what we are looking for are players who can skate and pressure the puck. With the new rules against obstruction, we'll be looking for guys who can get there quickly and pressure the puck.

There's a big difference between me and a real, legitimate working hand, or a world-champion rodeo cowboy. I play 'em, and I aspire to be like that, but those guys are tough.
