I've been taught to play the full nine innings. I play hard. I have the wounds to prove it.

This is a good group of young guys that's eager to play. When I was coming up with the (Minnesota) Twins, they called us a Triple-A team. But then we made the playoffs. That's the direction we're headed.

You get to the playoffs, you don't expect to get 8 1/3, nine and nine (innings), not in this situation. It's unheard of.

Casey Blake (a former Minnesota Twin, now with the Indians) is a good friend of mine, I'd like to see the Indians win.

Even when I was a free agent last year, my agent approached Milwaukee. Milwaukee was one of the first places on my list.

I've never seen anything like that before. Usually when home teams break up no-hit bids, the crowd cheers the hit and cheers the pitcher. I've never seen them boo before.
