I've been saying all year that our strength is in the relays.

It's definitely possible this year. This is one of our deepest, if not our deepest, teams.

We had a pretty good day. Almost all of the spots where we were seeded are coming back and we even moved up a couple of spots in a few races. Prelims is always an up and down day, and we had some up and down swims as far as best times go. But we're ready to score some points.

That award just shows you how hard this team worked this year.

The competition was outstanding this year. I'm so proud of what these guys did.

We started off a little up and down. But then things started to come together. This group is really team oriented and they knew what they needed to do.
