I've been out three seasons, so they don't know if I've still got it. So, when I come in, I'm going to be against the odds and I need to be looking damn good.

I was being stigmatized, and I think it all caught up with me, the affiliation with some of the guys. But at the same time, I didn't commit no crime like they were saying. I had my troubles with the check thing. That got resolved, and it's behind me, and the fleeing and eluding thing, and it's behind me.

It was a political thing. They were trying to damage my image so they didn't have to pay me.

I'm not out of the game because of the way I play. The character issues and stuff like that has really damaged me, so my ability ain't going to get me back in. The character image stuff is.

An early spring started one morning in March with a swarm of sudden, glassy, bird cries, and then the cool jewelry of primrose and violet loosened themselves in the dirt. Then summer burst into the world like a gorgeous car accident- opening eyes all over our bodies in the brilliant light. Fall- the smell of pumpkin guts, sluttish and unsweetened. Until winter fell all over us like pieces of heaven, glazed with oxygen or ether, hitting the grounder in small, cold shards. It was like a year in Eden where no Eve had ever lived.

We've been to Four Seasons a few times, but we've never won there.
