I've been on the fence for quite some time and now I need to take some action. I have a fiduciary responsibility to the public.

We're getting some very bad decisions and some very bad findings from the appeals board ... I think their findings are incorrect. I believe they have overstepped their bounds in the things they can or can't do.

I'm hoping the [appeals] board will take more seriously their job duty and understand the rules and regulations by which they are bound.

This was a one-time action,

examine all options and take action at an appropriate time.

The time for action is now. It's never too late to do something.
