It's too late to go to bed early

We went to bed to late to go to bed early :)

From all appearances ? the Pfizer deal is better for Warner-Lambert shareholders, ... But you know what Yogi Berra said, 'it ain't over till it's over.'

They say he's [Yogi Berra] funny. Well, he has a lovely wife and family, a beautiful home, money in the bank, and he plays golf with millionaires. What's funny about that?"

I know there are in's and out's, I just don't know what the in's and out's are.
