It's still a big plateau for a lot of guys. It's a mark that everyone likes to get to. Personally, I didn't put too much emphasis on it, but I view myself more as a play-making centre.

We've been in a lot worse situations. We're happy, but not satisfied with where we are at the break. For us to be (three) points up and not six points back is going to be huge for us.

Plateau Valley was a good, scrappy team, and I was very pleased with how we came out and played the first half. We really stepped up.

We're looking for guys in their 30s, 40s or 50s who have hit a plateau and no longer want all the risk.

I am so proud of our guys, especially Dion. It is gratifying when you have a player like Dion that was with us most of the season come back after a trip to Mexico. His intensity is incomparable and his loyalty is without question.

He likes to run the ball a little more than those other guys. We actually run a little more option with him than the other three.
