It's something the fund is going to get more aggressive about getting into than in the past. But this is something you need to do your due diligence on and take a very strategic approach to.

Consumers have much more knowledge today about their purchase options than they ever have in the past in large part to the information they have on the Internet. The whole concept of loyalty is a function of how well a company serves your needs in addition to your knowledge of available options. Now, there is a wealth of knowledge about available options. Companies need to work harder and harder to maintain loyalty because of Internet.

The past few days have been painful for everyone involved. But that is nothing compared to any offense that may have been caused to disabled people in our community and in our country.

I can still remember going down there and not being allowed past the gate. One of the coaches had to bring the tape out to me.

This [has] been going on for years. The psychiatric model [of the past] has been mainstreamed. And now, the system's coming for all of us.

It kind of gets old, because you don't just want to be remembered for your past, ... You want to be remembered for what you're doing right now. All of that was good, and I appreciate everything I experienced there, but it's about here and now. What are the Redskins going to do? And when you experience that kind of success, everybody wants to know what you did to get there. Hopefully, I can bring and illustrate those positives, and we can build upon that.
