It's something I'm interested in implementing. I think it's positive for the kids.

We wanted something so people who are interested in the program can stay in touch. I think it's going to be especially useful for alumni who are out of the area now.

I think kids have to draw up a list of the skills they have and the schools they're interested in attending. Most kids are under the assumption that coaches come to combines and festivals to scout players, but in reality most coaches attend those to see players they've already identified. So players actually need to contact the coaches and visit the schools.

The kids really came back with a lot of positive emotion after a tough loss (Thursday to Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin). I thought we showed signs of starting to gel as a team.
