It's running roughshod over all the rules and institutions that are set up to ensure that we have broadcasting that isn't abusive.

We don't yet see the need to change the rules for services delivered on the Internet. That isn't something we have to worry about at the moment.

We think this is in the broader interest of the consumers and the higher interest of the consumers.

Consumers should be given the widest possible choice of service providers and should be able to switch telephone companies without unwarranted cost or inconvenience.

We will continue to treat these matters as we have in the past.
