It's really very nice for everyone here to get some recognition for their efforts.

We try to stay current and stay competitive. We're always trying to stay competitive, but safety is always No. 1 here. As lean as we are, we need everybody here doing their job.

It's really tremendous teamwork that goes on here that makes the difference at this plant.

But if he did do it, he should have the common decency to admit it,

You do not feel as though you're in a home -- you're in the environment. I think it's a whole different living experience. The homes are so beautifully designed that you can live elegantly and elaborately in a home that's 2,500 square feet.

I wouldn't live in anything else. Eichler homes are a religion with me.
