It's really unfair to our young teachers and discouraging them from entering the profession, particularly in the most challenging teaching environments where they're most needed.

Keith does a great job of teaching. They are very good teachers of technique and how to run a defense. You watch their football team and they give great effort and they get where they're supposed to be and we're trying to steal some ideas from them.

When you do that, you can give it your best. I'm proud of my profession and how teaching makes a difference in the lives you touch. I love what I do and I'm grateful for the opportunity to do it.

When they do understand, it is eye-opening because teaching is generally understood to be an underpaid profession.

I think a secure profession for young people is history teacher, because in the future, there will be so much more of it to teach

Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you. You are all learners, doers and teachers.
