It's probably the saddest set of circumstances I've seen.

He's the ultimate utility player. Due to some circumstances that came up, he's our starting shortstop now. He did an excellent job last weekend at Franklin Parish. He has decent footwork and he has the arm strength to make a play when we need it.

Under these circumstances where a judge sets bail it is because they have decided that a child either presents a serious risk to themselves or the public's safety.
