It's poetic for a senior to be at the line to win a game, for a 20-win season. It was great for her to make those three free throws.

[North Dakota] and [St.Cloud State] are No. 2 and No. 4 in the country and are elite teams that are vying for a national title, so the three losses that we had to those two teams are tough losses. The No. 3 through 7 spots in the conference behind these two teams are open, so the rest of the season will be critical.

We are at a crossroads right now and have the ability to be successful if we can continue to learn as a team and compete at game time.

We got down and we just kept battling. For a while there we just couldn't generate a lot of offensive rhythm...I think that created a little bit of a problem for us, we continued to battle and it made a difference at the end.

Our season is on the line. It's in our hands and we'll only win if we leave it all on the field. We all know that a loss would be a disaster.

It's the first game of the season, you want to get off the mark and get that first win under your belt so we're very happy to get the three points. ... We gave up two bad goals, but with that, we were able to come back twice which is good. We showed a lot of character and that is something I think is really important.
