It's partly your program. But there are also going to be some years you aren't expecting to go when players decided they don't want to be that team that's not going to make it.

I think this group of players have been the pioneers when it comes to getting the program back on track. They've stuck it out through the thick and thin so I'm extremely happy for them because they've overcome numerous obstacles and have persevered.

I don't want them to feel like I'm expecting them to be the savior of the program, nor do I want them to be intimidated. Whatever they can add is a bonus, even if it's helping us in practice. Just looking at them, they may be playing Saturday - I'm serious.

This is a program where the kids try to get better. As the players get better, so does the program.

We all came here because we wanted to be part of this program. It's about tradition, about the players who have been here.

We were kind of expecting it, but we didn't know when.
