It's not typically possible in your Craftsman bungalow to do that. It's a big headache for a judge -- a bigger headache than the advantage to the defense would seem to justify.

Why make that such a big story and not make a bigger story of the success we've all had?

Typically, if a coach is under contract and it's a lateral move, then the permission is denied. But if it's an opportunity to better himself and move from position coach to coordinator, then it's up to the club to decide whether that's really the move that they're describing. If it is, then I feel it's only appropriate to give those coaches an opportunity to help themselves.

You can't coach that. You either have it or not.
