It's not one of those things where we baby-sit them for a weekend. It's a total training process.

One weekend we have them sleeping it off in the emergency room. The next weekend they're in jail. The next weekend they're in Deaconess (psychiatric unit), and then we ship them to Warm Springs (State Hospital), ... How do we look at the system and get people into the right programs so we don't see recidivism?

We don't know anything about Arkansas and Miami because they haven't played yet, and Ole Miss played last weekend,

We seem to be ready to go. One thing I am doing this weekend is taking away expectations. We have had 10 days to work on getting better, so we will see how they come out on Saturday. The great thing is every match is important under the new NCAA Championship guidelines. It doesn't matter who the opponent is, because you are really shooting against the whole country trying to put a good score together.

Last week was more about evaluation, ... This weekend will be more about a combination of structure, implementing the team game, and evaluating the players not only as individuals but by the systems that we have put in place.

This is going to be a big weekend. We have two big games.
