It's not one of nine that does anything for a team; it's nine of nine. One of us alone is not going to accomplish a lot. But all nine of us together can do a lot.

We know Heather is a valuable asset but you don't win games unless you score runs. Heather goes out there with the attitude of striking everyone out but she also knows she's got a very good defense behind her.

All we're looking to is Tuesday. I kind of had to come down on the girls hard today. They weren't giving 100 percent. They were letting each other slide and giving their less than their best. I had to let them know that my expectations are the same as they've always been. I give them 100 percent of myself every minute we're together and I expect the same out of them.

They hurt us early inside. I think the bottom line is they did what they wanted to do.

Our business is growing, but the best way for us to expand is under the same footprint.
