It's not because we don't like them. Back there they can learn by example.

These sessions are mostly about training, teaching and having fun. It's all about physical exercise and teaching technique. Even though we teach fighting techniques, tae kwan do is not about aggression.

Oh yeah, we fight. We don't kill each other out here, but we spar. It's full contact, all the way.

I recommend tidying by category, not by place. For example, instead of deciding that today you'll tidy a particular room, set goals such as 'clothes today, books tomorrow.'

This I regard as a classic example of my not being properly prepared for a part I very much wanted.
