It's not a new idea, the Efta convention has existed since 1960 and we have had a free-trade accord on industrial products with the European Community since 1972.

There is no accord yet, only an idea.

The main concept is that of an international solidarity expressed in practice through worldwide division of labor: free trade is the principal point in the program of internationalism.
