It's my understanding that the person he was going to talk to was busy with student protest.

This is an opportunity for them to do their public expression, and in the future we'll have a meeting with them and get more information.

For someone to do a public forum on campus, they need to go through this procedure, the public expression policy, submit a request that gets reviewed, and none of that's taken place.

Jerry like to run a tight ship as far as discipline is concerned, but I know him to be understanding and fair when it come to correcting their behavior.
