It's moving on with your life, it's figuring out how you sort out in your mind what has happened to you and how you're not going to let the rest of your life be controlled by an incident happening to you.

It can happen to your friends and neighbors, and most of the time it happens between two people who know each other.

If that takes two days, two weeks, two years, twenty years, that's what we do here with victims in our community.

She's just come up this year. For me just having someone else there to race is just awesome. We could be going at this for another six years.

This is my last race before I take a break and I really wanted to end it on a high note. It was also the first time that I beat Kate head on so that was big for me. But I'm feeling very tired right now after all this racing. I'm really looking forward to getting home.

I'm so happy that we can prove everybody wrong. We're not a bad team.
