It's looking pretty tired. Our long-term goal is to replace it, but it will take a few years.

Our typical customers are small businesses and business professionals.

We think all of those three are going to happen in the next two years. Ramona will probably be next. Actually there's been some discussion about whether to make Ramona a (full) station.

We realize that longer term we need a different location there, a bigger station, but at this point no money has been allocated yet. This is an opportunity for them to improve their facility today.

This is the first time we're working together ... on interoperability. It really is incumbent upon us in the industry to work together on these interoperability issues.

I think IBM invented proprietary back in the 80s, but that's not what customers want. They want to have flexibility in choosing a variety of different technologies that they want to deploy.
