It's just a normal business decision they've taken. And it's not entirely surprising given the level of international competition [for the bid].

I raised the judiciary issue with Gary Flowers yesterday before the Rocky decision was handed down and we agreed that we need to review it further.

If your competitors are less serious in your field of business,then it will do you good to chase them completely out of the playing field.
