It's just 1-on-1 and the game's on the line. I think a lot of guys like to thrive in that situation and I like it a lot.

Just having the chance to put it on the line at the end with the coach putting me out there was a lot of fun. We needed the two points anyway it came and it was a great way to get it.

I've always had kind of a knack for scoring goals. I think I could bring [to Anaheim] a game that you can trust every night ... doing whatever role [they] think I could fit.

Line chemistry is everything. With the league now, there are so many injuries and guys in and out of the lineup, it's hard to find a line you can get settled on for an extended period of time.

I've been lucky to be around so many great kickers, guys who are mentally tough, ... Jeff falls right into line.

I've had to make my game more of a speed game. Getting up and down my wall a little quicker, getting myself the room that I need. Instead of kinda sitting and looking for the room, I have to move and create space for myself.
