It's interesting when you know people on a number of levels. I knew Josie and George as patients of mine and I knew their kids when they were growing up. They were an all-American family of wonderful people.

I think people are used to channels. They're not used to portals.

I look forward to (coaching). I enjoy working with kids, coaching, helping people play golf.

Not only would the employee have a good understanding of the people he works with and be able to set a good example for the other workers, it also shows the other workers that the company takes safety seriously. It shows that they're willing to invest in safety.
