It's going to give us a footprint to build from in the office sector in the U.S. That will allow us to expand into Northern California and into areas like Phoenix.

We are particularly bullish on the office market. We're going to be opportunistic in the U.S.

We believe that our strategic initiatives will positively impact 1999 and position us for continued growth thereafter.

We will continue to work with the executive's office to see if we can't find funding to keep us the way we are for the rest of the year. I'm still hopeful we can restore the third position.

We are only tenants, and shortly the great Landlord will give us notice that our lease has expired
