The problem was, the decision was just made a few days ago.

The intent was to try to get a control on the pirates who are coming in here under the guise of parents, team personnel, who are taking photographs and selling them and capitalizing on the tournament.

We start with that, then schools can be moved in either direction. It's worked well for us for years.

We will not volunteer for restructuring until these matters are resolved to our satisfaction.
