It's energizing, calming and promotes focus. A lot of people are passionate about the practice. They can fully embrace the fact that it's so mental, and it engages the mind in a different way.

We are making him shoot more in practice. High crotches, doubles legs, whatever. We are hoping if he does it enough in practice it will become part of his matches.

He just works hard. He doesn't get frustrated and he doesn't have bad nights in practice. He's very consistent and he works hard. That's Jeremy in a nutshell.
