It's disappointing that we led the rally and scored the most stage wins but our pace wasn't reflected in the results. We must continue to work hard to overcome these teething problems with the new car.

This result is more than we dared hoped for. We knew the new Focus RS WRC would be good but we couldn't forecast that we would conquer one of the toughest rallies in the championship on our first full competitive event with a new car and driver line-up.

It is too optimistic to expect us to win a world title this year. The car is too new for that. But we fervently believe that we will win rallies and lay a solid platform for a world championship bid in 2007 and 2008.

Learning to be your natural self in front of five cameras and a silent studio takes time. Trying to be funny under duress is probably a lot like trying to play golf relaxed under pressure.
