It's definitely in my mind now that I don't have very many home games left at Potomac. To think of all the time I've spent in that gym. It's the place where I became what I am as a player.

That's a lot of home runs, ... It's too bad they didn't help us win many games.

We just got blown out in some games and that's not going to happen this year. I can't put a number on how many games we'll win this year, but we will be more competitive. Our kids have made a commitment to the weight room that they will be there 80 percent of the time in the summer and 90 percent of the time for our linemen.

It's a little sore after practices and games but that's just a part of the healing process. The good thing is that I've been able to recover quickly and get back on the floor. I really have to credit our trainers for helping me get back.
