It's definitely a possibility and something that I am currently trying to look into. Hopefully the skills competition will open up more avenues for me and I can make more contacts out there.

It was a great year to go out on. I thought I played up to my potential, that I might not have done my previous two years. I was very happy with my play. I felt that I gave the team a chance to win every time we played.

I am really excited about going out there and playing with some of the guys from different regions and playing with the best. Just the opportunity to represent the Academy in hockey and our league is just awesome.

We're getting murdered out there right now, especially in the last six months. Just in the Permian Basin, about two rigs a week are hit.

They're very organized and the equipment moves in a hurry. They may hit a rig here and the equipment ends up in Houston.

We pride ourselves on our penalty killing. It's considered a privilege to be out on the ice with the PK.
