It's critical that he is placed in a loving environment and he can reclaim the safety and security that obviously he lost in witnessing such a tragedy.

I think what happens in a case like this one, it really touches a nerve with people and they respond. All of the sudden, we all start to think about a child we've had some suspicions about.

Clearly, this is about the most traumatic event a child can experience. Children are resilient and, placed in a warm and nurturing environment where they feel safe and secure and given the appropriate therapy, and it can be very long-term, they can respond.

Without individuals feeling safe and having an environment of safety, they then have reluctance of taking part in the city of being active. They wind up wanting to leave the city. That's more detrimental.

It's just prudent to have a chemical safety program, ... We don't want to have a sterile leaning environment, we want kids to have a rich learning environment while keeping them safe, that's the same issue every school faces.
