It's causing a lot of investor uncertainty. I think we'll be on the path to recovery going into the third quarter but the question becomes what is the order of magnitude of that recovery ? right now that's anybody's guess.

I'm of the opinion that it's Lucent and Cisco against everyone else. Just sit tight -- you're going to see a lot more of these mergers in the next three to four months. There are about seven or eight companies that have the opportunity to be major players.
