It's been quite a violent night.

At the bus stop at William Avenue and Main Street, the male approached the bus driver, and physically assaulted him, resulting in the driver's glasses being broken.

He was supposed to be, yes. That was part of the conditions of his release.

What we have been seeing is an increase in doubling up, or having more than one staff member, so obviously safety is a concern for the store owners.

That is a problem address for police.

Two other vehicles stopped to let the girl cross but the driver of the pickup did not until after the collision. We hope one of the two drivers who stopped will contact police.
