It's been pretty tough. But the coaches have done a great job of keeping the game fun for us. Coach Ingle stresses what he calls 'backyard basketball.' When you've got your best friends playing alongside you, you're playing for more than just the game. You don't want to let each other down.

We were picked 10th out of 11 teams coming in. That motivated us to work hard and it shows in how we're doing.

Yeah, I think so. I picked it up pretty quickly. A lot of us got out and had fun with it. It was a lot of fun.

It's a lot of fun and it's a team-building thing but it gives us an idea of who's pretty good at shootouts.

This season things were a little different for us. We were and are confident, but the level of competition is much higher.

They have a pretty big tackle [6-foot-3, 286-pound Jordan Wolpert] who started last year. Their backs run hard; they don't do a lot of dancing. They don't do a lot in the passing game. They're going to run at you and run hard. They've given up a lot of points. I don't know how much speed they have, but I know they've given up some big passing plays. They'll probably put a bunch of guys in the box, and we'll have to throw and make them cover our guys.
