It's been a long day -- this is how we relax.

If we go once a month, we'll forget how to play, so it's best if we go every other week.

That was probably the most complicated part of the (job). We had to meet the needs of the staff and its need for safety while fulfilling our goal of providing a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for families.

Coming off the day I had, I was just trying to relax and not do too much. With guys like (Josh) Rodriguez and (Joe) Savery hitting behind me, it's really hard to pitch around me.

Today was a day when I was going to relax and it ended up
working out for me, ... I got a chance to swing the
bat and get some more confidence. That's a good day off.

The way to do it is enjoy our cricket and relax, to accept that occasionally you'll have a bad day and try to get out of bed with a smile on your face.
