It's been a long 10, 11 days. Myself and a lot of the guys were anxious to get here to Milwaukee, get the games going. We've been practicing all week and are excited to get going (tonight). We want to feed off the fans in the building and play hockey.

We've chased pitches a little more the last couple, three days. We've got guys maybe over-anxious at times. Maybe we've pressed a little bit with runners in scoring position.

For the other guys, this is probably torture right now. But for me, I'm just anxious to be out here and do what I've got to do.

They were anxious (days). But it's been great. I can't say enough about John (Shaw) and Jay (Zygmunt). They've gone about this very professionally. I've had a very good attitude about it and felt I was in a win-win situation, but knowing all along that it would be a dream come true to have the opportunity to do this. I'm really pleased to have this chance, and I can't wait to get started.

Both guys are getting better at it.

I think our guys are very, very hungry, being so close and seeing it slip away. I'm anxious to see how we come out of the gate.
