It?s been a hard road. But, this group has been one that just wants to go out and have fun.

It was about a 3-mile stretch. Flags were put up on alternating poles on each side of the road.

We've always been known as a tough defensive team, and we wanted to get back to our roots. We hadn't played two good halves against Richard Stockton [in two regular-season losses] and were fairly confident going into the game.

There was a point we were just hoping to get back to five-hundred. But, we had four seniors that played through some injuries and went on there and did what they had to do and we got on a roll.

I think our defense frustrated them and then they were just frustrated for the rest of the game. They didn't move the ball well and we took away some of things they like to do with our defense.

Like people who have swerved over a cliff on a dangerous road, we feel obligated to petition for a hazard sign to protect others.
