It's because the Midwest is a bit more conservative, and that's just the way it is. Just because something is in fashion, doesn't mean it's going to sell here; but you can't not try some things, too. You can't be the same old same old because if you are somebody's going to jump ahead of you and you're going to be gone. You've got to put your foot in the water, instead of the big toe.
